QUOTE: "It was a bittersweet day for our team as seniors
Robert Callahan and Nick Coleman ran their final cross country meet for FUMA," said head coach
Winston Brown. "These two seniors, along with junior
David Eaton, helped bring Fork Union back to prominence in the sport. We'll certainly miss them. Four years ago, Robert and Nick competed in their first state meet running north of 21 minutes. Today, Robert's performance was spectacular, as was David's. I can't say enough about what Nick Coleman has done for our program and our school. It's been a great four years, and now we look forward to David's senior season and the next wave of great runners in
Austin Knowlton,
Tyran Johnson,
Jonah Brown,
Devlin Maddox, and
Braden Ferguson."
