LOCATION: Bel Air, Md. | Harford Community College
SCORE: Harford 21, PG Lacrosse 13
RECORD: 19–3
SHORT STORY: Fork Union Military Academy's Postgraduate Lacrosse team fell to defending JUCO National Champion Harford Community College, 21–13, on Saturday at Harford Stadium. Facing one of the premier junior college programs in the nation, the squad battled but were unable to overcome an early deficit.
QUOTE: "We put ourselves in a tough position early, trailing 13–5 at halftime, and against a three-time defending JUCO National Champion, that's a difficult hole to climb out of," said head coach
Chris Panos. "We struggled to find an offensive rhythm in the first half due to our inability to control ground balls, win faceoffs, and limit turnovers. I was proud of how our group responded after halftime, matching them goal-for-goal in the second half, 8–8. We'll take the lessons and experience from this performance and look to bounce back Wednesday against Everest Academy."
