SHORT STORY: Fork Union Military Academy's Postgraduate Lacrosse team dropped a hard-fought 13–12 overtime decision to NCAA Division II opponent Emory & Henry University on Saturday afternoon in Emory, Virginia. The squad battled for more than 60 minutes, overcoming two separate three-goal deficits and holding a one-goal lead with under two minutes remaining in regulation before Emory & Henry forced overtime and netted the game-winner.
QUOTE: "Our team competed at a very high level for more than 60 minutes and showed tremendous grit and resiliency," said head coach Chris Panos. "We battled back from two different three-goal deficits and put ourselves in position to win late.
