SHORT STORY: Fork Union Military Academy's cross country team placed fourth at the VISAA State Championships Thursday at Panorama Farms. Two Blue Devils recorded All-State finishes.

Winston Brown. "In the last three weeks, we have overcome the bug going around and we absolutely got the best results we could get. It has been a wonderful season! Our team leadership is the best. This was our best finish at the State Meet since 2016."
RACE HIGHLIGHTS:
- David Eaton led the team with a top-10 performance, placing seventh overall with a time of 16:38.27 to earn All-State honors.
- Robert Callahan followed in at 19th with a time of 17:16.15 to also earn All-State honors with a top-20 performance.
- Nicholas Willis placed 31st with a time of 17:48.90, while Nicholas Coleman took 44th with a time of 18:09.73.
- Ronan Montes placed 52nd with a time of 18:25.83, and Jonah Brown took 64th with a time of 18:44.06.
