SHORT STORY: Fork Union Military Academy's postgraduate lacrosse team battled to the final minutes but fell to CCBC Essex, 10–8, on Wednesday afternoon in Baltimore.
In a tightly contested matchup against the No. 5 team in the NJCAA, the Blue Devils found themselves tied 8–8 with just five minutes remaining before CCBC Essex pulled away late. With the loss, Fork Union moves to 21–5 on the season with one game remaining.
