FORK UNION, VA -- Fork Union Military Academy's Varsity Football team opens the season at Catholic High School in Virginia Beach under the lights on Friday at 7 p.m.

The Crusaders will host the Blue Devils for Military Appreciation Night, with free admission for active and retired military members and a 20% discount at concessions. Gates open at 5:30 p.m., with $5 general admission (exact cash or card) at the front gate and $25 tailgating access (exact cash only) at the back gate.

Pre-game ceremonies include opening announcements at 6:45 p.m., the team march and entrance at 6:50 p.m., and prayer and anthem at 6:55 p.m., leading up to the 7:00 p.m. kickoff.
