SHORT STORY: Fork Union Military Academy's varsity basketball team earned its first victory of the season Tuesday evening, defeating Tandem Friends School, 66-58, at the Thomas Gymnasium.
QUOTE: " I'm really proud of our guys. It was truly a group effort. Everyone made a big play at some point that contributed to the win. We battled foul trouble throughout the game, but our players stepped up all night," said first-year head coach Chris McGraw.
