SHORT STORY: The Fork Union Military Academy Postgraduate Basketball Team opened its season in dominant fashion with a 96-73 victory over Louisburg College on Friday evening at the Roger G. Taylor Athletic Center.

QUOTE: "I thought our team looked very good tonight," said head coach Bob Williams. "This matchup is always a challenge because they are a junior college, so their players are a year or two older than ours. I was very happy with 24 team assists and being plus-20 in the rebounding margin. This is a good start to our regular season."
