Fork Union Military Academy's Postgraduate Basketball team delivered a commanding performance on Saturday afternoon, defeating Experience Academy 101-77 at Thomas Gymnasium. The Blue Devils showcased their defensive strength and rebounding prowess, a significant focus for the team.
QUOTE: "I was happy with how our team played on Saturday," said head coach Bob Williams. "I thought we kept our level of play high. Our defense was good again, and the team was active on the glass with 13 offensive rebounds. We had been telling our team that offensive rebounding is our number one weakness. It was good to have five guys in double figures, and every player scored."
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Kaleb Spencer led both teams with an impressive 17 points and 10 rebounds.
- Nile Ebi recorded 15 points with three dunks.
