SHORT STORY: Fork Union picked up another victory on the road when
Kaevon Blanding's fourth quarter pick-six lifted the Blue Devils over the Eagles, 27-21, this past Sunday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- After a quiet first quarter, Fork Union got on the board in the second with a 18-yard touchdown pass from Jacob Smiley to Justin Perry that eventually made it a 6-0 ball game at the half.Â
- The two teams traded scores in the third quarter. Fork Union went up 14-0 off a nine-yard pass and a two-point conversion.
- Down 21-14, Fork Union tied the score off a 59-yard touchdown pass from Will Ryland to Perry with seven minutes to play.
- With 30 seconds left and the Eagles at midfield, Blanding snagged an interception and ran it back for over 50 yards to seal the victory for the Blue Devils.Â
- Defensively, Travon Dye was in the backfield for numerous tackles and three sacks. Carter Stump picked up a fumble recovery.
