FORK UNION, VA – Woodberry Forest School's head coach Jackson Matteo and defensive back Sheldon Robinson highlighted the 2024 All-Prep League football team that was announced Thursday.
Woodberry Forest School, who sits 7-0 on the season, finished first in the Prep League with a 4-0 conference slate as Matteo was named Coach of the Year, while Robinson was named Player of the Year. The Tigers will conclude their season at Episcopal High School on Saturday, Nov. 9.
In addition to the individual awards, Woodberry Forest earned 12 Tigers on the All-Virginia Prep League team.
The All-Virginia Prep League honors consisted of one team of 34 honorees, including offense, defense, and special teams.
