SHORT STORY: Fork Union Military Academy's Wrestling team earned a strong fourth-place finish at the 2025 Prep League Championships this past weekend, hosted at St. Christopher's School. The Blue Devils tallied 104 points, narrowly missing a top-three spot by just 8.5 points behind Woodberry Forest School. 
 

QUOTE: "Overall, our young men fought hard and performed very well," said head coach Marshall Smith. "Havens pulled off an impressive upset, defeating a VISAA State Honorable Mention, which really set the tone for the day." 
 

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES: 

• George Tsysin (106) placed third overall. 

• Ronan Montes (138) placed third overall. 

• Val Kelestyn (150) placed third overall. 

• Luc Havens (165) placed second overall. 

• Samual Okoturo (285) placed second overall. 

UP NEXT: The Blue Devils return to action on Friday, February 14, traveling to The Potomac School in McLean, Virginia, to compete in the VISAA State Championships.
