SHORT STORY: Fork Union Military Academy's Postgraduate Lacrosse team earned a hard-fought 11-10 win against Division II newcomer Virginia State University this past Saturday. The Blue Devils showcased grit and determination on the road to secure the narrow victory.

"We got off to a great start, jumping out to a 4-0 lead, but credit to VSU for battling back to tie the game at four late in the first half," said head coach Chris Panos. "I was proud of our resiliency and ability to respond, scoring late in the second quarter to take a 5-4 lead into halftime. As we continue to progress, we need to improve our decision-making, focus on the details, and commit to playing a full 60 minutes under any circumstances."
