About Post Graduate Football

Fork Union Military Academy is one of the few schools in the country that offers a young man an opportunity for an additional period of preparation, both academically and athletically between high school and college.

Young men who are serious-minded about their desire to play major college football, who may not have had an opportunity to do so after high school, or who may prefer some extra preparation, will find the program at Fork Union to be one that can offer them an excellent chance to meet their goals. Fork Union Military Academy certainly cannot guarantee each player a college athletic scholarship, but the school can point with pride to a large number of athletes who do sign grants with major universities.

How To Become A Prospective Student Athlete

We are currently only taking applications from Class of 2025 high school graduates.

Step 1: Fill Out A Prospect Forms

There are three parts to the prospect paperwork:

Part 1: Complete the prospect questionnaire.

Part 2: After completing the prospect questionnaire you will be directed to Fork Union's application page.
Apply to Fork Union. Complete the application.

Part 3: You will receive an email from us to be forwarded to your Math Teacher, English Teacher and Guidance Counselor. Forward that email to those individuals so they can submit their recommendations.

* All steps must be completed before we are allowed to offer a spot on our roster and award any possible financial aid.
*Post Graduate Football financial aid is only awarded by the Head Post Graduate Football Coach.

Step 2: Create a FACTS Account

All PG Football prospects should create a FACTS Account that will help us with your financial needs.

Step 3: Attend A Prospect Workout

Fork Union Military Academy will host a prospect workout on Friday, May 2. Please contact Coach Arritt at arrittfl@fuma.org to register.
Step 4: Fill Out an Application for Fork Union

Step 5: Submit the following forms:
• Character Questionnaire
• Math & English Teacher Recommendations
• Completed Transcript Request

All forms must be send to the FUMA Admissions Office to complete the application process.
